The planning for the above event is a little behind schedule and we need to get things moving in order to attract the usual quality field. Prior to announcing the event and confirming the date with Black Park the provisonal dates we are looking at are either the 17th or the 24th October with my preference being the 17tt. But prior to confirming this I need to know who is able to help me out and need the following to confirm
Henry that we can get a lighting tower for that date
Someone to liaise with party Lights to male sure we can get the lights we borrow
Someone to liase with the sponsors Exposure
Someone to organise the lighting on the day
Someone to design the flyer
Someone to take on the role of sorting the marshals out
I am happy to sort the course out and liaise with Black Park but will need help if this event is going ahead so e-mail me/Post up/text me if you can take on one of the tasks on.

To get the ball rolling…
I can liaise with Party Lights and hopefully we can get the lights we have used before, if so, I can pick them up.
I will most likely be able to borrow a Generator too.

With my locality to Black Park I’m happy to join Darren setting up/taking down lights etc and helping mark out course if needed but with current work commitments cant commit to more than that.
