Hi Henry, looking at about 3 hours but there are lots of opportunities to shortcut back to the car park if you need to get back early.

Henry - I've pm'd my mobile number to you. I think the postcode will take you to a pub nearby, meeting place is the National Tust car park at the top of Coombe Hill (the one with the big memorial on the top). Call me if any trouble finding it.

Wayne you did not manage to route this on your Garmin did you, if so can you post up the TCX file so I can add it to my courses.
