Road Training 3rd Jan
For those that want to start doing some serious racing, road miles are the base training required so we are going to try to start regular Sunday road rides until the Reliabilty rides start up so anyone up for a road ride this Sunday , meet The Malt Shovel for a 3 1/2 hr road ride.
Also don't forget every Thursday road training (on Road Bikes Emma ) 6:30 p.m. at the Hillingdon cct Post up if interested |
