Default Road Training 3rd Jan

For those that want to start doing some serious racing, road miles are the base training required so we are going to try to start regular Sunday road rides until the Reliabilty rides start up so anyone up for a road ride this Sunday , meet The Malt Shovel for a 3 1/2 hr road ride.

Also don't forget every Thursday road training (on Road Bikes Emma ) 6:30 p.m. at the Hillingdon cct

Post up if interested

Dave - best bet might be for everyone to show up at the Malt Shovel at 9.30 and then split into groups. If a rough route is known in advance, then one group could start 5 minutes in advance and the others could catch up over time.

Only a suggestion.....whilst it's not a race, it is training and you know what that might mean
